How do credits work?

Credits are used each time you generate content with our AI tools. The number of credits required depends on the complexity and length of the content:

• Basic (2-3 credits): Short social media posts, taglines
• Professional (5-6 credits): Artist bios, email templates, ad copy
• Advanced (10-12 credits): Press releases, blog posts, video scripts

Do credits expire?

No! Credits purchased individually never expire. Subscription credits roll over month to month, so you'll never lose credits you've paid for.

What are the subscription options?

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Spark ($9/month): 50 credits/month - Perfect for hobbyists
• Amplifier ($29/month): 200 credits/month - For serious independent artists
• Label ($79/month): 600 credits/month - For power users and small labels

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, and any unused credits will remain in your account.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment information on our servers.

What if a generation fails?

If a generation fails or produces an error, your credits are automatically refunded. We only charge credits for successful generations.
